Track table

Track is an extendable dining table where the extension leaves play a relevant visual role that defines and enriches the design.
Track table is built with solid oak planks with shaped edges that lay on top of a minimalist metal or wooden frame. The unconventional arch shape of the extension leaves links visually the two planks, creating an unexpected composition, while the simple metal or wooden legs give the table a light and understated look.
When used without extension leaves, Track has refined proportions that highlight the natural beauty of solid oak in an elementary and balanced composition.
We have also designed an outdoor version of track, with tabletop made of teak slats or concrete boards and powder coated metal legs.
For the development of Track table, we worked closely with its manufacturer, based in the middle of the Slavonian forest in Croatia. It has been amazing to see their production process, starting from the planting and harvesting of the FSC certified oak timber, up to the cutting and drying of the boards and subsequently the manufacturing of the final product.
