Ease sun lounger

Ease sun lounger has a sturdy metal frame and neat, pure lines.
The fabric can be removed for washing it or replacing it over time, it is fixed around metal tubes slightly lifted on top of the frame. The round section of these tubes provides a smooth edge covered with fabric to avoid direct contact with the metal. Two big wheels on the back of the frame allow to easily move around the sun lounger by lifting it from the front. A cushion and a pillow can be added for an extra layer of comfort.
A sun bed is a type of seating that includes movable parts. The biggest challenge in this project was to design a strong and durable reclining system of the backrest and to study it so that it is both practical to use and to produce. This involved various tests and a close collaboration with the manufacturer, along with a careful choice of components.
